Welcome to the webpage for the AgResearch Structural Biology Laboratory in the School of Biological Sciences at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Current projects in the lab fall into three main groups:
- AgResearch projects, focussing on target proteins from a range of plant and microbial sources of agricultural importance
- Proteins from Mycobacterium tuberculosis that are known to be essential for the bacterium's ability to cause disease or are implicated in its interaction with its human host
- Proteins which regulate the human epithelial sodium channel (ENaC), which is the primary point of regulation for blood pressure.
Details of these projects, and the people who work on them, are detailed in the list on the right.
